★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio ..... estoy en Estados Unidos y jamás nunca me habían tratando como Karla , la primera vez me bloqueo y me dijo que le estaba haciendo perder su tiempo . Le escribí a Humberto el dueño y el hizo que Karla se perdonara , Humberto me aseguro que ya no iba a volver a suceder . Hoy volvió a suceder , me volvió a bloquear Karla y yo le pregunté desde temprano que quería encargar algo y solo se me dijo que estaban muy ocupados y que me darían la cotización esperé 9 horas y jamás nada ...... y yo amablemente le dije a Karla que ya no ocupaba nada , y me dijo Karla que yo cambiaba de idea como cambio de calcetines ? y me bloqueo . Le mande las capturas a el dueño esperando que me dijera algo y nada el también me bloqueo . Yo tengo 22 años al servicio al cliente . Creo que ocupan unas clases de cómo tratar a los clientes ..... la verdad no merecen ni una estrella ⭐️.

I think they take classes on how to treat customers ... they really don't deserve a single star ⭐️.
