I went personally to choose a base and an arrangement. I believe that the arrangement broke down along the way because they sent me a picture of how it was, but what they delivered, nothing to see, the base they delivered was much cheaper than what I had chosen. I talked to the girl who treated me. This was about a month ago and I'm still waiting for an answer, they didn't even read my messages. bad service
