★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para pedir una corona para difunto yo estaba en la ciudad d México era para un ser muy querido le dije a la empleadas me contestó q la quería grande y muy bonita,me mando las imágenes escogí una me mandó precio el cual pagué sin escatimar lo q mandaron fue una corona chica con flores corrientes nada q ver con lo q yo pedí. Mandan lo q ellos quieren y lo hacen a su gusto no al nuestro como clientes y lo q hicieron fue dejarme en vergüenza. así q para mi Cancún servicio pésimo.
I called to ask for a wreath for the deceased I was in the city d Mexico was for a very dear I told the employees I said that I wanted it big and very beautiful, I sent the images I chose a price that I paid without sparing What they ordered was a girl crown with ordinary flowers, nothing to do with what I asked for. They send what they want and they do it to their liking not to ours as clients and what they did was leave me in shame. so for my Cancun lousy service.
