En un momento en que necesité de emergencia un arreglo floral para un funeral, encontré de casualidad su página de internet, que aunque no es muy bonita, es funcional. Llamé al número telefónico (mismo que anunciaba atención las 24 HR.), Me respondieron que sí que podían atenderme sin problema. Eran las 2 de la mañana. Llegué al establecimiento, toqué, llamé, y volví a llamar a los números de su página y a los del local. Nada. Luego descolgaron el teléfono y me marcó ocupado. Tardé entre 7 y 10 minutos en llegar al establecimiento desde que llamé. Pésimo servicio. Si no hubieran podido atenderme, es fácil entenderlo, pero gasté dinero por la 'seguridad' que me dieron.
