★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es una florería muy buena, ya que el servicio y los arreglos florales de acuerdo al precio que corresponden no sobrepasandose en de los precios correspondientes que esté requiere. Ojalá tuvieran servicio para pagar con tarjeta de débito o crédito.
This is a very good flower shop, since the service and flower arrangements according to the corresponding price, not exceeding the corresponding prices that it requires. I wish they had service to pay by debit or credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unas claveles las cuales estaban muy bonitas. Me costaron 140 lo cual es algo elevado en mi parecer, pero entiendo que aquí en Mérida la mayoría es caro.
De cualquier manera pague esa cantidad por lo cula esperaba un adorno lo cual no quita mucho. Más sin embargo recibí unas flores con un papel celofán VIEJO y MALTRATADO; con un listón mal amarrado lo que hizo horrible mi producto.
En resumen buena calidad de flores, pero pésimo servicio y decoración.
I bought some carnations which were very pretty. They cost me 140, which is a bit high in my opinion, but I understand that here in Mérida most of them are expensive.
In any case, I paid that amount for what I was expecting an ornament, which does not take away much. More however I received some flowers with an OLD and MISTRESSED cellophane paper; with a poorly tied ribbon which made my product horrible.
In short, good quality of flowers, but lousy service and decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Llegaba buscando un arreglo para funeral y además que te atienden en la calle, atienden sin ganas y te ponen malas caras. Al preguntar si podían cambiar las flores "coloridas" por una blancas me respondieron que si, pero luego la señora que supongo lo iba a hacer, puso cara de hueva y reviró los ojos, así que le dije "muchas gracias, mejor no"... No digo que sea un mal lugar, sino que quizá no llegué en un buen momento,pero creo que no son formas de tratar a un cliente. (al menos no delante suyo)
Very bad experience. He came looking for an arrangement for a funeral and also that they attend you on the street, they attend you without desire and they make you look bad. When I asked if they could change the "colorful" flowers for a white one, they answered yes, but then the lady who I suppose was going to do it, made a roe face and rolled her eyes, so I told her "thank you very much, better not". .. I'm not saying it's a bad place, but maybe I didn't arrive at a good time, but I don't think they are ways to treat a customer. (at least not in front of you)
