Hice el pedido por internet,. Y me lo entregaron al domicilio en el tiempo acordado y muy bonito el arreglo!!! (Al principio dude en depositar por cuestiones de q hay muchos fraudes. Pero confíe en ellos y si lo entregaron tal y como lo pedí,. La señorita que me atendió por llamada muy profesional y amable... Los recomiendo ampliamente!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría, Pésimo servicio y actitud. 2 arreglos comprados y los 2 con flores maltratadas y marchitas. Pagas algo y te entregan otra cosa totalmente diferente.
"Arreglaron" uno casi como si fuera un favor el que hacen cuando se pagaron $700 por el y lo entregaron en colores totalmente distintos, con las flores cafés y picadas de lo marchitas que estaban. El de hoy solo me dicen que "no tienen garantía de las flores", en algo que me dieron hacía 5 minutos y estaban por enviarlo a domicilio (cosa que no hubiera podido reclamar de todos modos porque me lo dieron fuera del "local", ya lo habían subido a un carro) .
El comentario que hacen es que lo iban a tomar en cuenta, no se para que si un pedido más, no se hace ahí.
Dejo foto de lo que valen $950 de su cartera, para que no pierdan su dinerito. Mejor paguenle a EnviaFlores.com o algo, al menos buen trato si hay, y si algo hacen mal, de un código de descuento no bajan,
Entiendo puede haber malos momentos y que no lleguen las cosas como esperaban como negocio, pero lo mínimo que haces es llegar a algo con el cliente para no perderlo, no solamente deslindarse del mugrero de trabajo que hacen.
En fin, gracias por arruinar el regalo de 10 de mayo de mi mamá ?
If I could give it 0 stars I would, Terrible service and attitude. 2 purchased arrangements and 2 with battered and withered flowers. You pay something and they give you something totally different.
They "fixed" one almost as if it were a favor when they paid $700 for it and it was delivered in totally different colors, with brown and pitted flowers from how wilted they were. Today's only tell me that "they have no guarantee of the flowers", in something that they gave me 5 minutes ago and they were about to send it to my home (something that I could not have claimed anyway because they gave it to me outside the "local", they had already put him in a car).
The comment they make is that they were going to take it into account, I don't know why one more request is not made there.
I leave a photo of what $950 worth of your wallet is worth, so you don't lose your little money. Better pay EnviaFlores.com or something, at least a good deal if there is, and if they do something wrong, they don't get a discount code,
