★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento no está tan mal para ser de interés social, sus calles son amplias, sus instalaciones comunes son accesibles, los departamentos de dos recámaras se me hacen muy pequeños, tardan mucho en entregar las casas o departamentos, no hay contratos con agua por parte del fraccionamiento, tampoco conección al drenaje varios vecinos tuvieron que hacer sus conecciones por su cuenta, no hay líneas telefónicas por lo tanto tampoco internet.
Ojalá los de la constructora pongan más cuidado en todos éstos detalles ya que podría ser uno de los fraccionamientos de interés social más agradables de Tequisquiapan.
The subdivision is not so bad to be of social interest, its streets are wide, its common facilities are accessible, the two-bedroom apartments are too small for me, they take a long time to deliver the houses or apartments, there are no contracts with water by part Of the subdivision, neither connection to the drainage, several neighbors had to make their connections on their own, there are no telephone lines, therefore no internet.
Hopefully those of the construction company take more care in all these details since it could be one of the most pleasant neighborhoods of social interest in Tequisquiapan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looks nice . But they never answer your questions regarding anything. The worker must be lazy . I actually want to purchase a place here . But I never get a response or any questions answered. Please reach out to potential customers. Update this place is a scam my brother-in-law is in the process of buying one and gave them 10,000 dollar equivalent to United States money . And they haven’t done anything regarding paperwork process or anything for one year . This is bull don’t trust these guys and the complex . They keep telling him next week next week . And guess happens next week nothing .
