Los perros no están cuidados por sus dueños pues los dejan sin correa y con riesgo de morder a un niño.
Neglected. Dirty games are missing and those that are not maintenance, well it is only a child and is almost no use.
Dogs are not cared for by their owners because they are left without a leash and at the risk of biting a child.

This nice the park but they are already neglecting it and lack more and better lighting to be able to exercise at night the fast soccer field is closed with a padlock some individual is the owner and is in a deplorable state
