Lo peor fue que me querían cobrar de nuevo por corregir su error, sin contar que no te regresan tu dinero por su pésimo trabajo y encima si reclamas le mandan hablar a todos sus empleados hombres para asustarte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De igual manera que las opiniones pasadas lleve una imagen con diferentes tipos de fuente y me la entregaron con letras según ellos similares pero nada que ver con el diseño que llevaba, no me gustó esta vez el trabajo.
Espero que para la próxima sean más profesionales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que atiende creo que les falta un poco mas de amabilidad y atencion, hay una señorita en especial que siempre esta enojada ó quiere imponer. Se supone que uno va a solicitar un trabajo a modo que uno quede contento y me refiero a detalles colores y demas que uno quiera para su diseño ó lo que uno valla a pedir, pero las señoritas como que se molestan al pedirles que quitar que poner, si para eso estan creo yo, mas si estamos hablando de publicidad ó diseño, no ponen atencion a lo que se les pide, mandan hacer un trabajo diferente a que se les pidio al principio, te cobran por rediseñar un diseño donde los errores son por parte del diseñador, los diseñadores les falta mas tacto ser mas detallistas al hacer su trabajo. Creo que les hace falta una mejor atencion al cliente, ser cero despotas, mas amabilidad, mas tacto al ofrecer un servicio con detalle para que el cliente quede satisfecho y tenga ganas de regresar y recomendar. Creo que el lugar merece un mejor personal ya que ofrece muchas cosas buenas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pesimo servicio. Aunque lleves todo te dicen que saldar mal la calidad del trabajo y que no se hacen responsables. Al final te orillan a que le pidas un servicio adicional. Estoy seguro que en muchos casos no es necesario pero le meten miedo a la gente para un extra. Ambilidad: Dejan mucho que desear, no son personas que den un buen servicio al cliente. No volveria a pedir sus servicios. Espero y su suoervisor y/o dueño ponga mas atencion en la seleccion de sus empleados

Llevé una imagen de buena resolución para una lona la imagen la diseñe yo en Photoshop, pago y me dicen que me la tienen al día siguiente al poco tiempo me mandan mensaje diciendo como quedaría mi Lona. NADA QUE VER con lo que deje osea van a cobrar por entregar el trabajo que ellos quieran? No fui a pedir limosna ni un favor estoy pagando si su diseñador no tiene la capacidad de trabajar que lo digan. Por favor no vengan a este negocio. Bien pueden redimensionar una imagen pero considero que 3 megas para una imagen que contiene letras es un excelente tamaño. Como reviso mi número de nota? Si ni siquiera sabe de qué trabajo hablo? Es más ni siquiera me quejo de la resolución me quejo de que no fue la imagen que yo deje. Nuevamente NO VENGAN A ESTE NEGOCIO.
