Los arreglos están súper bien hechos, lo recomiendo al 100%. Very friendly, the flowers are design, it is not a normal flower shop since they work by order and delivery. The arrangements are super well done, I recommend 100%.

La comunicación que ellos tienen es de lo mejor. He pedido horas específicas y siempre cumplen. He cambiado pedidos horas antes de la hora que yo les pedi y siempre son pacientes conmigo. Lo mejor es que a mi novia le gustaron un montón. Pregunten por Daniel y me lo saludan. El es una persona muy paciente, y si no lo es, pues el man sabe de servicio al cliente. Gracias por todo FR!!! Traté directamente con el hijo del dueño, y en todo momento él dio seguimientos oportunos por email y tél. No es del todo fácil coordinar las entregas a funerarias, etc, pero gracias a la atención profesional todo resulto bien. Excellent quality and first class service. I live abroad and I have had to send two funeral arrangements. I dealt directly with the owner's son, and at all times he gave timely follow-ups by email and telephone. It is not entirely easy to coordinate deliveries to funeral homes, etc., but thanks to professional attention everything went well.

La persona que me atendió (Dina) fue muy atenta y me explicó y orientó cómo agilizar mi pedido. En mi caso se requería un envío por condolencias. Nos dio un estimado de tiempo y llegó antes de lo planeado, el arreglo tal cuál se ve en la foto en la página, así de bien les quedó. Les recomiendo este lugar para envíos de arreglos en general.
