★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ordene un ramo de flores de su sitio web para el cunpleaños de mi novia, con un precio exorbitante, una noche antes de la entrega me mandaron una foto de un ramo que no tenia absolutamente nada que ver con el ramo que había ordenado (el cual anunciaron en su página web) su respuesta fue que no les habían llegado las flores siendo que el ramo se ordenó con hasta una semana de anticipación tuvieron el suficiente tiempo para conseguir las flores correrectas o para avisar que no estaría listo , pero no fue problema del cambio de color de las flores, simplemente el ramo no tiene nada que ver con lo prometido. Se negeraron a devolver el dinero, en cambio ofrecieron cambiar el ramo por otro diferente, me enviaron unas imágenes de ramos pequeños, con la mitad de flores por el que pague. No recomiendo para nada, no cumplen lo que prometen y sus precios son altísimos para soluciones tan pobres.
Terrible service, order a bouquet of flowers from your website for the birthday of my girlfriend, with an exorbitant price, one night before delivery they sent me a picture of a bouquet that had absolutely nothing to do with the bouquet I had ordered (which they announced on their website) their response was that the flowers had not arrived, being that the bouquet was ordered up to a week in advance had enough time to get the flowers right or to warn that it would not be ready, but not it was a problem of changing the color of the flowers, simply the bouquet has nothing to do with what was promised. They refused to return the money, instead they offered to exchange the bouquet for a different one, they sent me images of small bouquets, with half the flowers for which I paid. I do not recommend at all, they do not fulfill what they promise and their prices are very high for such poor solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente satisfactoria mi experiencia con ésta floristería; eficiencia en el servicio, atención personalizada por medio de WhatsApp, calidad en las flores, compromiso y puntualidad con las entregas. Antes de que el pedido salga a ruta, envían foto para saber si el cliente está satisfecho o desea alguna modificación y notifican al momento de la entrega.
Ha valido mucho la pena los dos envíos a domicilio que hice ésta semana, estuvieron hermosísimos! Gracias Monse.
Completely satisfactory my experience with this florist; Efficiency in service, personalized attention through WhatsApp, quality in flowers, commitment and punctuality with deliveries. Before the order goes out, they send a photo to see if the customer is satisfied or wants any modification and notify them at the time of delivery.
It has been very worth the two home deliveries I made this week, they were beautiful! Thanks Monse.

Vivo en Irlanda y queria enviarle algo lindo a mi tía y en la tienda en linea fue muy facil comprar ademas la atencion por wpp es muy eficiente. La entrega estuvo a tiempo y ella fue muy feliz....le encantaron!! <3
The flower arrangements are super beautiful and the flowers arrive in perfect condition. I live in Ireland and I wanted to send something nice to my aunt and in the online store it was very easy to buy also the attention through wpp is very efficient. The delivery was on time and she was very happy .... she loved them !! <3

El personal es muy amable y profesional. Me gustaría destacar a la señorita Guadalupe y la señorita Montse.
