L	L-K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy agradecida con esta florería a pesar que les llame ya cuando iban a cerrar me esperaron a que llegara, la señora que me atendió fue muy paciente le marqué 4 veces por teléfono para aver cómo llegaba porque no soy de el país no tenia ni la menor idea cómo llegar gracias por su ayuda señora, los arreglas que hace son muy bellos excelentes para la ocasión que uno necesita muchísimas gracias por su servicio y por su actitud así sus clientes, se las recomiendo en su totalidad. I am very grateful for this flower shop despite the fact that I called them and when they were going to close they waited for me to arrive, the lady who attended me was very patient I dialed her 4 times by phone to see how she arrived because I am not from the country I did not even have the least idea how to get there thank you for your help madam, the arrangements you make are very beautiful excellent for the occasion that one needs thank you very much for your service and for your attitude so your clients, I recommend them in full.

Me pidieron un deposito de $300 mx para la renta del caballete en el que se monta, al entregar el caballete te devolverían el deposito, hecho que no ha sucedido hasta la fecha. (El caballete fue entregado el 25.03.22) Se supone que me hicieron una transferencia y me enviaron un comprobante, pero el monto nunca apareció en mi cuenta y los contacte nuevamente. Omitiendo el hecho de que el Whatsapp Manager tiene muy poco tacto con el servicio al cliente y nunca hubo seguimiento ni interés de su parte, solo me dijeron que efectivamente la transferencia no se había realizado, hoy los contacte nuevamente y no recibí respuesta. Tengo capturas de pantalla de todo por si el Manager desea contactarme. Como cliente potencial me hubiera encantado leer una reseña como esta antes de realizar mi compra y tener que emplear tanto tiempo solo por 300 pesos. I made an emergency order for a funeral arrangement, I really appreciate the speed with which it was delivered, so I decided to save the comment that it looked very different from the one in the catalogue. They asked me for a deposit of $300 mx for the rental of the easel on which it is mounted, upon delivery of the easel they would return the deposit, a fact that has not happened to date. (The easel was delivered on 03.25.22) They supposedly made a transfer and sent me a receipt, but the amount never appeared in my account and I contacted them again. Ignoring the fact that the Whatsapp Manager has very little touch with customer service and there was never any follow-up or interest on their part, they only told me that the transfer had not been made, today I contacted them again and received no response. I have screenshots of everything in case the Manager wants to contact me. As a potential customer I would have loved to read a review like this before making my purchase and having to spend so much time just for 300 pesos.
