A esto busque otra opción y encontré en la calle de río Nicaragua
47 col. Cuauhtémoc Urban camp pilates un lugar con excelente atención, buenas instalaciones y planes muy buenos, de hecho ahí me inscribíre, mañana tengo primera clase. Realmente lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio y bien equipado, pero solo es para profesionales. Si es tu primera clase, no vayas, no saben enseñar nada. Además, cierran la puerta con llave en clase, lo cual es muy peligroso.
The place is clean and well equipped, but it is only for professionals. If it's your first class, don't go, they don't know how to teach anything. Also, they lock the door in class, which is very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being trapped inside during pandemia quarantine I felt my body needed a trained eye. Loved the initial evaluation and the classes after 2 months have already had a great impact. I take private lessons but there are group sessions.
Knowledgeable trainers make all the difference.
