 I checked 3 times for an order and they never answer, a closing time appears at 8pm and I went to fast an hour before and it was already closed, the information they publish is not the real one

Terrible service. They arranged to send my flower order at 11 am and I received it until 4:30 pm. The burned roses arrived, to be thrown away the same day. An arrangement nothing like the one they had announced and I had asked for.
