★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre un arreglo con cierta cantidad de flores y mandaron menos de lo que ofrecieron y el precio elevado . Se solicito entrega en cierto horario y eran las 9 de la noche y nada que llegaban, trate de comunicarme por todos los medios y no respondían, al final se comunicaron conmigo para decirme que el repartidor llego tarde y que ya no encontraron a la persona, en realidad la persona seguía ahí y el repartidor ni había ido al lugar. Al final se entrego pero muuuuuy tarde y ni si quiera fueron para ofrecer disculpas... no vuelvo a comprar...
Terrible service, buy an arrangement with a certain amount of flowers and sent less than what they offered and the high price. I requested delivery at a certain time and it was 9 o'clock at night and nothing came, try to communicate by all means and did not respond, in the end they communicated with me to tell me that the delivery guy was late and they did not find the person, in fact the person was still there and the delivery boy had not even gone to the place. In the end he gave himself up but sooooo late and they did not even want to offer an apology ... I do not buy again ...
