FlowSuites Condesa - 06100 Ciudad de México

Location is 5+ stars, service is 4 stars, some details (furniture finishings, breakfast,lack of smoke alarm in the rooms) only 3 stars. Would be happy to be a guest again but would also give and extra look to other options.

I would not recommend this place. This hotel is way too expensive for price:quality ratio. This hotel seems like it used to be cute when it was first built and still has nice design, but things are falling apart. It was very pricey for the actual upkeep and quality. Issues: 1)The soundproof windows were not soundproof and needed to be fixed because it was super noisy. And we weren't even on the street side we were on the back of the building. 2)They allow pets in the hotel and dogs were barking at all hours of the night. 3)For the first three days we were there they would not give us two room keys, I have never been to a three or four star hotel that does not give two room keys per room. 4) the shower head had not been replaced in a long time and was spraying out of only a few of the holes in a way that felt sharp. 5) the mini fridge made squeaking, beeping, and clicking noises throughout the day and night. 6) the soap dispensers in the shower were dispensing the cheapest soap you can get in Mexico at Costco. They do give you an artisanal bar of soap for your hands in the bathroom, but then it seems pretty ridiculous that they fill the dispensers in the shower with the lowest quality soap, conditioner, and shampoo out there. 7) the elevator does not go to the top floor. Nor did they help bring our bags up. 8) it takes 3 to 5 minutes for the hot water to make it to the top of the building. Good things: 1) Locations is amazing 2) as I said before it was really well designed when it was originally built. You can still tell that it has a cute design and the room is big. 3) we had an issue with our reservation and they were able to change the dates without much issue 4)the internet is good and works In reality this is a two, maybe three star hotel at best... And yet they charge you like a four star hotel per night. Not going back next time in CDMX.

The rooms were okay but the staff was unfortunately very unhelpful and shady. I had the worst experience trying to get my wallet back from them. I left it in the safe and they told me they found it and to send them a FedEx label and they would ship it. I immediately make the label and send. They confirm they received the label. A week goes by and after emailing them several times they finally respond and said someone would take it and they would email me once it had been dropped off. A couple days go by and I ask for an update twice with no response. I call them and ask for any information on my wallet and they hung up on me. Still no wallet and wasted money on an international shipping label. Will not be staying here ever again.

An old hotel with pretty much no service. Rooms are stinky and not well-maintained. There was mold in the bathroom, sheets were old, and the safe box in our room was broken. There is pretty much no service! when we checked in, they told us they don't have key cards and that they will give us a card the next day, so they had to open the room for us on the first night. We couldn't even contact the front desk from our room. The only positive about this hotel is the location. However, given all this and that the price was comparable to better hotels, I'd stay away.

Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms! Amazing location - close to everything; I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting! For anyone considering a much more expensive hotel, this is a highly comparable alternative, and you’ll still be very close to everything but at an affordable price!

Great place. The other reviews scared me at first, but the rooms were actually very clean and not that noisy, and the employees were very nice and friendly. Also the breakfast was delicious. I'll come back for sure.

Although our suite was spacious and modernly designed with comfortable mattress, there were major issues with this hotel which was not expected of a 4 star hotel. I could have rated the hotel better if it was 3 star. We were accompanied by two other couples who had same issues with their rooms: bathroom smelling like sewage, very noisy rooms, and few other issues that I explain below: * The bathroom smelled like sewage all the time and had no fan, just a window that opened to an inner hollow space in the center of the building. * The room was noisy and I couldn't sleep well without ear plugs, with police cars, ambulances and garbage trucks making loud noises. The hotel is next to a 2-way, 4-lane street with thin layered windows that you can hear basically every single car. * Outside of house keeping hours, receptionist is of no help to give you towels or linens or ...

We originally booked an Airbnb back in October for a April 9th travel date, and the host cancelled on us 2 days before our trip....so last minute we found this gem of a hotel in Condesa. The Service was fantastic, the ambience was very tranquil, the breakfast was fantastic, fresh and made to order. Our room was very clean and we honestly loved this hotel so much because of one person in particular. Her name is Elena, shes the maid that cleans the rooms. She made us feel as we were family and was absolutely delightful. We would wake up in the morning and made it a point to say hi to her a d just talk to her about our plans for the day. She would leave us small little presents or cute notes for us in our room and honestly it was such a sweet touch. We would definitely come back and stay here again mainly because of her! Thank you for making us feel special om this trip Elena!!
