En el aeropuerto no me quisieron hacer la factura, en el ticket no habla de un tiempo máximo para solicitarla y por internet me dice el sistema que es de 30 días.
El servicio telefónico no resolvió nada y no quisieron levantar mi queja como cliente de no dar la información completa en la sucursal ni de manera impresa en el ticket, que tenía que poner la queja por correo.
NUNCA VOLVERÉ A USAR ESE ESTABLECIMIENTO
necesito la factura de mi consumo, si sus procedimientos no son claros y no informan al cliente, Yo no tengo porque pagar los errores.
CONTÁCTENME para pedir mis datos del ticket y enviarme la factura!!!
 PESIMO service in branch fly by wings Monterrey airport.
At the airport they did not want to make the invoice to me, in the ticket it does not speak of a maximum time to request it and by internet the system tells me that it is of 30 days.
The telephone service did not resolve anything and they did not want to raise my complaint as a client of not giving the full information at the branch or in a printed form on the ticket, which had to put the complaint by mail.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN
I need the invoice of my consumption, if their procedures are not clear and they do not inform the client, I do not have to pay for the errors.

Los precios no son los mas accesibles pero tampoco es caro.
El servicio es muy rápido, aprox. 3 minutos para tener la comida en tus manos.
El menú cuenta con variedad de postres, sándwiches, beagls, chapatas y bebidas frías y calientes
Los ingredientes están frescos al igual que el jugo natural exprimido al momento

I asked the cashier who the manager was and the young lady that was rude response was I am and she also said if I didn’t like her service to go else where. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and have I ever treated any one like that. Other customers complained about her as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to screw your trip, eat here. I bought a pie and it was so hard inside, seems bit old. not crunch at all. Chewing tired would be the perfect describing, I gave up eating it and threw it in to the garbage can. I do not recommend. Go to Starbucks.
