Our Staff
President
The FMI President has been in the hospitality business since 1992. He has managed the Playa Elegante Trailer Park, on the Mirador Beach, for several years. Under his management, the park had one of the best reputations in the area for quality and customer service. A word from Our President: FMI Rentals’ customers can be assured that they will receive outstanding service and the best accommodations available in Rocky Point.
Manager of Operations
Our manager has attended the CESUES College in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora and received a degree in business with a specialty in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Prior to joining FMI Rentals a year ago, He worked with First Mexican Investments and he worked for a major property development company in Rocky Point for 2 years. He holds a License in Business and Tourism from the State of Sonora, Mexico.
Receptionists and Rental Assistants
Receptionist and Rental Assistant staff has 5 years of hospitality experience in the Rocky Point area. Our staff is bi-lingual and very knowledgeable about the Rocky Point area. the facilities were very clean, very safe and the employees provided great service.
we felt just like home.
we loved that no loud music later than 10pm and it was very peaceful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Marina Picante. We had a one bedroom. The view from the room was fantastic. The price was right and it was convenient to restuarants. The only down side was that although we had a great view of the beach to get to it was a hike. It was in September and too hot to hike! We absolutely loved the staff and I am going to get in touch with them for out vacation this year. They were great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a property from this company, everything was great they asked me to send a picture of my Drivers license which I did, I got my confirmation stating that I had rented the property, 2 weeks later I got a message that they were refunding me my money because they made a mistake and property I paid for was already taken by someone else, they forgot to take it down supposedly, that set me back I was unable to rent elsewhere because all other places had been rented out. When I told them that this mistake had costed me, they just replied with a “have a wonderful day”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone came into the condo while we were sleeping. Came into the bedrooms and stole our purses. They actually went through the purses in the garage. It was on the Mirador. Felicidad. Left all of the stuff they didn't want in the garage. Stole our phones. Actually didn't steal credit cards or anything. They left those right in the garage. I guess they weren't looking for credit cards or anything. Just things that were worth money.
