Hay que capacitar más a los nuevos enseñarles ética , por eso se pierden los clientes
One boy lied to tell me that I had to recharge the battery and that it had a cost but the other boy intervened saying no, there was no cost and that the battery does not need to be charged.
We have to train the new ones to teach them ethics, that's why customers are lost
