★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Focus Groups, posiblemente será una empresa que hace su trabajo, pero tiene un factor negativo ofrecen recompensas y no las cumplen, qué sucede que la gente se va alejando y los que somos reales y honestos entendemos que sus encuestas realmente son falsas ya que la gente se ha ido por falta de seriedad, no es el dinero, eso demuestra que si son capaces de no entregar las recompensas que dicen, también serán capaces de manipular las encuestas en favor de los intereses de sus clientes, por eso siempre la información que se maneja no concuerda con la realidad, que quede claro la falta de seriedad, hay otras empresas de encuestas que ofrecen poco por la ayuda pero lo asignan al momento de terminar la encuesta, focus groups NO CUMPLE, les sugiero no participen, es perdida de tiempo, saludos
