Mi tiket era del 17 de febrero acudí el 5 de marzo a la tienda(antes del mes), me explicaron que el mes se refiere al cierre de mes y no a los 30 días después de tu compra, es decir pasando el mes en que compraste, ya no te cambian o reembolsan. Pedí que me mostrarán la política de reembolso de la empresa, ya que no había nada escrito en la tienda sobre reembolsos y devoluciones. Después de varias llamadas por teléfono, accedieron a realizarme el reembolso, pero por tranferencia bancaria, les di mis datos. Luego les cuento si me depositan. En todo el proceso, tranquila y amablemente me atendió en la Sr. Tereso. Sugiero tener a la mano y de forma visible las políticas de reembolso y devoluciones.
