★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente decepcionada de un servicio que era bueno, las Flores quemadas, el vino caliente, arreglos que debían entregarse en una fecha determinada por la dueña y nunca contesta para su recepción. Fechas de entrega importantes atrasadas con excusas ñoñas porque ademas ni siquiera está en la ciudad.
 Completely disappointed in a service that was good, the burnt flowers, the mulled wine, arrangements that had to be delivered on a date determined by the owner and she never answers for their reception. Important late delivery dates with naughty excuses because you are not even in town.

I called this company to order flower arrangement and their service exceeded my expectations. Very sweet and helpful lady name Maria, answered the phone, and to my surprise she was fluent in English. That helped me very much. Maria personally delivered beautiful flowers to the recipient.

Once I walked in, Carolina stopped to assist and put together a beautiful arrangement. The 5 stars are definitely worthy. And for those still working on their Spanish, she also speaks English.
