★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad he visto algunos usuarios quejándose de mal servicio, y honesta mente al ver dichos comentarios se me quitaron las ganas de ir, pero ignore todo y decidí ir, la atención fue rápida ademas todos los trabajadores sin excepción muy amables, así que si leen mi comentario un consejo les daré vallan y desengañense por si mismos y suerte.
The truth is that I have seen some users complaining about bad service, and honestly when seeing these comments I took away the desire to go, but I ignored everything and decided to go, the attention was quick also all the workers without exception very friendly, so if you read my comment an advice I will give you go and disappoint yourself and luck.

En especial esa señora de la foto, cómo si ella te fuera a regalar el dinero, es su chamba sacar trámites sino le gusta mejor que se ya se jubile. No atienden sin cita que porque la "pandemia" y también por la pandemia los huevones abren hasta las 10am entonces como recomendación saquen su cita para q no nada más se tarden como 4hrs porque hasta eso son lentos ??♀️no hacen bien su chamba. No sé con quién los podría reportar en especial a esa señora mejor q la quiten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo años sacando mi crédito en Chalco y nunca he tenido problemas, son muy amables y rapidos. Especialmente la señora chinita güera la felicito. Pero en general TODOS excelente trato y servicio! Se los recomiendo!
I have been getting my credit in Chalco for years and I have never had problems, they are very kind and fast. I especially congratulate the güera chinita lady. But in general ALL excellent treatment and service! I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal de esta ubicación su atención a cliente es nefasta clásico de las dependencias de gobierno muy mal tan solo para solicitar informes te canalizan con señora de chinos la cual se limita a persuadirte a qué te vayas y mejor agendar por línea y me genera sentido ya que tienen horario de entrada publicado pero tapado el de salida.
Staff at this location, their customer service is disastrous, classic of government agencies, very bad, just to request reports they channel you to a Chinese lady who limits herself to persuading you to go and better schedule online and it makes sense to me since They have published entry times but the exit time is covered.
