A	Aragon Angelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una cita por internet y aún así estuve cuatro horas esperando una respuesta a mi crédito, aún cuando me dijeron que esperara una hora posterior a ello la persona que me atendió se fue a comer y aún después de regresar keria saber cuál era el status de mi crédito y la respuesta fue ya está autorizado una disculpa por hacerlo esperar, otra persona ya me había dicho que me retirará que ellos posteriormente se comunicaban conmigo para decirme si había sido autorizado. Estuve más de tres horas por qué simplemente se les olvidó revisar mi status en la pantalla! Efectivamente obtuve mi crédito pero el servicio de atención es deficiente, considero que por mucho lo pueden mejorar, ya que su proceso no es eficaz. Retrasó mi ingreso porque tenía mal mi documentación según ella y después de dos intentos y al ver su error solo dijo: ay no ví las fechas... Me hizo perder 2 horas.
