Employees are rude, they often tell you that there's no more turns to be assisted in a module even though there's still about 4 hours until they close, basically telling you that you will have to come another day to complete it. They take longer than 30 min, and pass people with an appointment to modules when those are for people whom come in with turns, people with appointments should be assisted personally in an office. They make you lose time telling you they already have turns covered until they close instead of telling you from the start you won't be able to pass to a module to finish the process. They tell you that your documents to proof your address have to be under your name (Electricity or water) or they won't work for the process. NOT EVERYONE HAS A HOME, These are just lame excuses so people can leave and they just make you feel hopeless. And the reason why the turns don't advance is because most of employees aren't working and just sitting around like they were blind to see how much people is sitting down for more than 2 hours. The most disgusting customer service ever.
