★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de 8 cajas solo dos personas atendiendo ya parece el oxxo, después de dos horas y media el trato por un tipo vulgar, parece que le estoy pidiendo el dinero a el que lastima que estás instituciones se ensucien por este tipo de personas nocivas ojalá hagan una revisión a sus servidores públicos porq eso son y nos hacen sentir peor que en los bancos .

Los empleadores están obligados a darse de alta, yo no estoy de acuerdo, pero si hacen una inspección piden ese documento. Considero que el interés es elevado. El lugar siempre está lleno y tiene estacionamiento con costo adicional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL PEOR SERVICIO DE FONACOT QUE PUEDA EXISTIR. No dan créditos si no ganas más de 5160 pesos fijos en cada motivo de pago para que verifiquen que siempre ganas más sin ninguna variable, tienen una normativa absurda que no exponen en la página de internet. No respetan las citas, muy mal servicio, tienen a la gente como esclavos afuera de la tienda de raya, esperando horas de pie nomás para endeudarlos o negarles el crédito después de esperar horas, la neta no tienen espíritu de servicio y eso que son trabajadores del gobierno. Son muy pocos y no les interesa ayudar. El señor de afuera dice con cinismo de tener COVID 19 y atender a los clientes, mientras platica con el "comandante" policía de la puerta. La neta vayan con paciencia y no se enojen. Realmente un mal servicio. Yo voté por AMLO y esto es justo lo que ya no debe suceder en la 4T, pero sucede.
