Y es porque no lo hacen bien y me aparecen trabajadores que ya están de baja desde hace 4, 3, 2 meses siguen apareciendo o bien los trabajadores ya no tienen crédito x q ya pagaron, resulta q es de nosotros los patrones el error .Bueno pero también bloquean a la empresa y los trabajadores no puede realizar tramites.Me habla una srita llamada Lesly Laguna diciendo que no habíamos pagado.. le dije que si.. ah que las incidencias la debía cargar porque ellos ya no la iban a realizar.. a lo que le indique que deberían avisar a los clientes..hoy 14 de Junio trato de cargar incidencias y no me lo permite ...estoy hablando por teléfono y ya pasaron más de 20 minutos y me dejan colgada..ES UN SERVICIO MUY MALO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que servicio tan incompetente! te atienden de mala manera pareciera que te hacen un favor al otorgar el crédito, la verdad si tienen otra alternativa para pedir un crédito mejor ocupenla por que aquí no saben atender y luego la vigilante no tiene tacto ni educación para hablarte. Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo.
What an incompetent service! they treat you in a bad way it seems that they do you a favor by granting the credit, the truth is if they have another alternative to ask for a better credit, take care of it because they don't know how to attend here and then the caretaker has no tact or education to talk to you. Terrible service I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona encargada de hacer pasar a las personas es muy déspota, no entiendo como permiten que gente así tenga este tipo de trabajo, y lo peor es que cuando llega el encargado de oficinas se comporta y trata a las personas bien como si de verdad así fuera, si no fuera por esta persona que te hace pesado el día todo estaria muy bien.
