★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el guardia hasta la persona que te atiende en ventanilla son muy amables, si llevas todos tus requisitos completos el trámite es muy rápido, les recomiendo que si asisten soliciten el servicio del módulo 13, con Olga, la súper recomiendo, su trato amable, te resuelve tus dudas, aparte de todo te atiende súper rápido.
Estoy muy satisfecha con su atención! Excelente servicio, más personal cómo Olga!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de 2 horas sin que me resolvieran nada te hacen formar y pasan a sus conocidos,pésimo servicio me cobraron de más de mi préstamo y resulta que tengo que checarlo con mi empresa después de que me cobraron más de $1000 pesos de más que por que mi empresa hizo los depósitos de más pero ellos fonacot los cobro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, las reglas las cambian pese a tener publicados los requisitos, días y horarios de atención, dicen hoy no atendemos ese trámite, en cada ventanilla pareciera que atiende "SISI", mucha burocracia y la APP tiene muchas fallas y hay que tener mucha paciencia y regresar para que puedas concluir tu trámite, en mi caso es un reembolso de pago anticipado del que me piden voucher para una transferencia electrónica.
Las instalaciones muy bien, limpias y aplican los filtros sanitarios necesarios, si están organizados.

The facilities are very good, clean and apply the necessary sanitary filters, if they are organized.
