En 1993, después de una larga carrera en la industria textil, se decidió a poner una pequeña parrilla argentina en la esquina de su fábrica, antes ubicada en Isabel la Católica y Eje 6 sur. En un asador con una barra y un par de mesas, invitaba a sus amigos a comer el asado de vez en cuando, para lo cual compraba carne de la mejor calidad. Cuando prendía la parrilla y ponía la carne, los peatones y vecinos se sentían atraídos por el aroma y preguntaban si podían sentarse a comer con ellos; él no dudo un segundo, pues era un comerciante nato, y los empezó a atender. Así, una parrilla al estilo argentino que comenzó con la idea de convivir con amigos y familia, pasó a convertirse en una pequeña fonda para los vecinos, peatones y trabajadores de la zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buenísima pero el servicio todavía tiene muchas deficiencias, quizá por ser una sucursal nueva. Les falta coordinación entre el personal. Tardaron mucho en servir los alimentos, y trajeron primero los platos fuertes y después las entradas. Pedí limones que nunca llegaron y la cuenta la recibí solamente después de 4 intentos. Los meseros discuten frente a los clientes porque no saben cómo entregar los platillos, y no parecen no darse a basto cuando todas las mesas están ocupadas. Eso sí, todo el personal es muy amable. El espacio es amplio y bien ventilado. Creo que no hay chimichurri porque no me lo ofrecieron, lo cual es una pena. A pesar de todo, el sabor es bueno y los ingredientes de calidad. Está caro, para el servicio que actualmente brindan, pero espero que mejoren con el tiempo. De cualquier forma es un lugar para ocasiones especiales solamente. Recomiendo mucho el jugo de carne y las empanadas. La ensalada Pampera también es deliciosa.
The food is great but the service still has many deficiencies, perhaps because it is a new branch. They lack coordination between staff. They took a long time to serve the food, and they brought the main dishes first and then the entrees. I ordered lemons that never came and I only received the bill after 4 attempts. The servers argue in front of the customers because they don't know how to deliver the dishes, and they don't seem to be overwhelmed when all the tables are occupied. However, all the staff are very friendly. The space is spacious and well ventilated. I think there is no chimichurri because they didn't offer it to me, which is a shame. In spite of everything, the taste is good and the ingredients are of quality. It's expensive for the service they currently provide, but I hope they improve over time. Either way it's a place for special occasions only. I highly recommend the meat juice and the empanadas. The Pampera salad is also delicious.

Pedimos una botella de vino y no tenían, elegimos otra y tampoco, hasta la cuarta elección tuvieron.
El jugo de carne estuvo rico, mi esposa pidió una ensalada y tardó 40 min en llegar. La ensalada la entregaron a la mesa de al lado y ahora nos llevaron otra que no era. Los cortes no estuvieron mal, pero es increíble que a unos pasos, en el Chedraui los preparen mejor, y en menos tiempo y costo.
La terraza está horrible, el rayo de Sol te quema y hace mucho calor.
Los meseros no aparecieron para saber si hacía falta algo. La chica de recepción pasó a preguntar y pedimos la cuenta y a los 20 min otra persona preguntó si nos faltaba algo y la pedimos de nuevo.
Por si fuera poco, de pésimo gusto pedir el 15%... sobre todo porque no cumplieron ni con el servicio mínimo, ni siquiera servilleta gruesa dieron, mejor en Sushi Roll dan y eso que FastFood. Están muy mal.

Pretty bad service.
We asked for a bottle of wine and they didn't have it, we chose another and neither did they, until the fourth choice they had.
The meat juice was delicious, my wife ordered a salad and it took 40 minutes to arrive. The salad was delivered to the next table and now they brought us another one that was not. The cuts were not bad, but it is incredible that a few steps away, in the Chedraui they prepare them better, and in less time and cost.
The terrace is horrible, the sun's rays burn you and it's very hot.
The waiters didn't show up to see if anything was needed. The girl at reception came by to ask and we asked for the bill and after 20 minutes another person asked if we were missing something and we asked for it again.
As if that were not enough, it was in terrible taste to ask for 15%... especially because they did not comply with the minimum service, they did not even give a thick napkin, better in Sushi Roll they give and that than FastFood. They are very bad.
Terrible service and attention. I hesitate to return
