Pero lo que más más me gustó fué su EXCELENTE CAFÉ y CHOCOLATE de Chiapas. Son imperdibles.
Definitivamente: ¡EL MEJOR CAFÉ Y CHOCOLATE QUE HE PROVADO!
Los alimentos son frescos, limpios, bien preparados y con buen sazón.
Y por lo que me entere; los dueños son socialmente responsables al adquirir la mayoría de sus insumos directamente a productores orgánicos quienes, a su vez, están comprometidos en el cuidado del medio ambiente Es muy bueno. Parte de lo que existe detrás de la fonda "La Sandía"!
El lugar también es acogedor.
Los dueños son lo que atienden directamente y con esmero al comensal.Si se preocupan por dar el mejor servicio.
Altamente recomendable.

But what I liked the most was their EXCELLENT COFFEE and CHOCOLATE from Chiapas. They are unmissable.
Definitely: THE BEST COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE I HAVE EVER EVER EASED!
The food is fresh, clean, well prepared and with good seasoning.
And from what I found out; the owners are socially responsible by acquiring most of their inputs directly from organic producers who, in turn, are committed to caring for the environment. It is very good. Part of what exists behind the inn "La Sandía"!
The place is also cozy.
The owners are the ones who serve the diner directly and with care, if they care about giving the best service.
Highly recommended.
