The place is run by Marco, a charming person who knows English and helps with the restaurant menu.
The food is fresh and delicious, highly recommended!

Recomiendo la torta de cochinita pibil, agua de “fresa-mango” y la entrada de queso cotija frito. ?
Very friendly staff, fast service, fair prices and delicious food.
I recommend the cochinita pibil cake, “strawberry-mango” water and the fried cotija cheese appetizer. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very delicious mexican food for fair and good prices! We spent a couple of days in San Cristobal and went twice to Fonda Marco because we liked it and it's host that much. He gave us very recommendations about which dishes are best and which ones to get.
Going to that place might be one of the best choices while spendig time in San Cristobal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a true Fonda as far as I’m concerned. Food was just as good as any holiday inn. Staff was kind but they lied and told me they took American Express and they don’t so I ended up using my few available pesos
