★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría de los restaurantes-fondas de comida corrida suelen ser muy parecidos, se come simplemente bien.
Este no es el caso con Los Pajaritos, pues se percibe que se esfuerzan bastante por mantener un gran sabor y calidad de platillos. Todos los platillos que probamos, sabían mucho mejor que en cualquier fonda "tradicional" y además usan ingredientes de mucho mejor calidad (y variedad).
Como ejemplo, el día que fuimos, la sopa incluida era sopa de lima, algo que no había nunca visto en un restaurante de este tipo.
Definitivamente el muy ligero incremento de precio respecto a su competencia, vale la pena pagarlo.
Además el personal (todos) son muy, muy amables, también por encima del promedio y eso se agradece mucho.
El gran "pero" que lo pongo, es que en hora "pico", el servicio para traernos la comida no fue lento, fue lo que le sigue. Realmente la estábamos ya pasando mal de tanta hambre que teníamos y seguíamos esperando (y así estábamos como 4 mesas, de un local de 9-10 mesas).
Ojalá eso cambie y mejore, para poder regresar con mucho gusto, pues la comida y atención, realmente mucho la pena.
Most of the run-of-the-mill restaurants-fondas are usually very similar, you eat simply well.
This is not the case with Los Pajaritos, as it is perceived that they put a lot of effort into maintaining a great flavor and quality of dishes. All the dishes we tried tasted much better than in any "traditional" fonda and also use much better quality (and variety) ingredients.
As an example, the day we went, the soup included was lime soup, something that I had never seen in a restaurant of this type.
Definitely the very slight increase in price compared to its competition is worth paying.
In addition the staff (all) are very, very friendly, also above average and that is greatly appreciated.
The big "but" that I put, is that in "peak" hour, the service to bring us the food was not slow, it was what follows. We were really having a hard time because we were so hungry and we kept waiting (and so we were like 4 tables, from a local of 9-10 tables).
Hopefully that changes and improves, to be able to return with great pleasure, because the food and attention are really worth it.
