Hello I am from the municipality of San Miguel el Grande, Oaxaca, I don't know what happened but in my community they gave us the certificate for housing in December 2013, we are several; Housing never arrived, and the 2014-2016 administration never gave us any response, so we signed and the resource never arrived, hopefully follow up
