★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta interesante el lugar, sin embargo, una oficial de la policía auxiliar no sabe proporcionar una adecuada atención al usuario ya que sin pedir permiso llego a cerrarnos a varias personas las aplicaciones de la fonoteca nacional sin pedir permiso ya que según ella estaban prohibidas, cosa el el oficial anterior nos ofreció navegarla. Pésima atención y así esperan que haya visitantes cuando los responsables del lugar hacen nada.

Solo es de una planta (extremadamente pequeño), en el área digital aunque es muy bonito, no sirven las computadoras (constantemente te sacan del sistema o se traban), en el área nostálgica de los años 70 colocan puro Rock, mala manera de crear una identidad poblana con música extranjera (no estamos en EU).
La idea es buena pero no está a la altura de recomendar.
The intention is good but it is not at the level of a professional museum.
It is only one plant (extremely small), in the digital area although it is very beautiful, computers do not work (they constantly take you out of the system or get stuck), in the nostalgic area of the 70s they place pure Rock, a bad way to create a Puebla identity with foreign music (we are not in the US).
