★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance from the Zocalo. Hotel going through renovation so there was some building noise.Walls are very thin so bring earplugs. Not all rooms face outwards, ours was facing an ugly interior courtyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was great. Not a reflection of there amazing caring. But the rooms were lacking severely. I have stayed in lesser rated hotels with way better accommodations. First the rooms were okay sized. We had 3 presidential suites. All three rooms were on the same floor. All rooms had different shower curtains. Some were too long and some were to short. The bedding had hair. The showers had hair on the curtains and walls. The ac units worked in some and not others. The shower curtains were dirty and the showers themselves were half out together with caulking and cracks in the walls. Some shower heads had intense pressures and others had little to no pressure. The noise from the hallways echoed in the rooms and some had latch chains missing. It’s in a good location but it should be more out together. The pics on there site were very misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and chic hotel. Situated on Reforma you will have easy access to Metro Hidalgo station and the Palace of Bellas Artes. The Revolution Monument is a 5 minute walk. The Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology is a 20 minute walk down Reforma. I would recommend this hotel. Staff is friendly and the food is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my stay here, it offered a very good view of the city at the restaurant and in the room I stayed in. The cleaning lady was the nicest sweetest person in all of Mexico City and we will be going back to fontan reforma just for olga, we've never had a room cleaned so well with such attention to detail to give each room a personal touch.
We miss you Olga ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this hotel because it was in an excellent location, had a friendly and English speaking staff and a huge room/bathroom.
The room had a safe, plenty of storage and table space, a couple of chairs, a huge and super comfy bed, air conditioning, a hairdryer and plenty of bathroom counter space. Outlets and nightstands on each side of the bed along with reading lights.
While there is no fridge or microwave, it did have a ceramic pitcher in the room that you could take to the elevator on your floor and fill up with drinking water. Nice not to have to lug water to the room everyday. Speedy and fairly reliable internet was a bonus.
Really cute and comfortable lobby with a cafe. Excellent coffee and service as well! Rooftop bar rounds it out with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. The cleaning staff did a beautiful job each day and were never obtrusive or loud. Unusual these days in hotels.
Complaints are minor, but the bathroom lighting over the sink needs to be much brighter and the showerhead should be switched from a rainshower to a regular head due to lack of water pressure. Also, the nightclubs on the corner next to the hotel pound music until 4am when they close. Recommend using a white noise app on your phone to help with this. The same nightclub area also has a sewer smell that can be pretty intense. No fault of the hotel, but be warned. Finally, the hotel floors tilt slightly making it difficult to keep the drawers in the room shut without propping a chair against them. Old buildings have their quirks, but some carefully placed shims under the dressers would help immensely with this problem. Finally, you must use your key card to gain electricity. Makes charging electronics while out of the room impossible, but a minor inconvenience.
We loved that the hotel was right next to a beautiful greenspace where there was plenty of restaurants, stores, street vendors selling food and anything else you want! Hop the city bus or the metro right next to the hotel to get anywhere in the city. The metro is only 5 pesos! Or take one of the several taxis waiting at the hotel for it's guests. Would definitely return to this hotel again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. The worst hotel experience I have ever had! I would not recommend anyone staying here especially if you are a minority. The manager was very rude and the room was terrible. Broken toilet, clogged shower drain that overflowed and broken shower that scalded my skin. The water was boiling hot out of the shower and there was no cold water to temper the heat. I got scalded trying to bathe. Staff was very dismissive of concerns and offered to let me finish showering in another room that night but never changed rooms or fixed the broken shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay in the hotel, I went to get some breakfast at the restaurant. However the food wasn't the best and the service was mediocre, the fruit was very sour and they ran pretty fast of everything.
The service was just not meeting any expectations, it is located on the 10th floor and the views are horrible.
Not worth it. Look else where to enjoy a nice breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget friendly stay. 5-10min Walking distance from food, museums, parks, shopping and entertainment.
Lobby is cute. Rooms need major updating also walls are thin. You can hear everything around you in the room, it's super noisy so pack your ear plugs.
