★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicación agradable a excepción de las calles aledañas, del bar en la entrada con música hasta altas horas de la mañana, los animales, gallos, gallinas y perros haciendo ruido todo el día. Las personas que viven por la entrada del condominio prenden fuego todos los días creando humo que se mete a los departamentos. Vecinos irresponsables con sus propias reglas. Y sobre todo pésima la actitud y sentido común de la familia del 403c haciendo ruido todo el día, corriendo, brincando, moviendo muebles, gritándo y pegándole al piso. Seguridad es excepcional así como las personas de limpieza y áreas comunes.
Nice location except for the surrounding streets, the bar at the entrance with music until the wee hours of the morning, the animals, roosters, chickens and dogs making noise all day. People who live by the entrance of the condominium set fire every day creating smoke that gets into the apartments. Irresponsible neighbors with their own rules. And above all, the attitude and common sense of the 403c family making noise all day, running, jumping, moving furniture, yelling and hitting the floor, is terrible. Security is exceptional as well as the cleaning people and common areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could only tolerate it there for one month as a full-time renter at a whopping $900 per month. The neighbor, whose door was 3' from mine had a couple of dogs that barked 24/7 and management would not do anything about it because they had been there awhile and they were Meixcan. Instead of putting my deposit funds aside in an account, they used much of the deposit money to do repairs to the unit that should have been done by them, on my dime and they refused to give anything back, even though I was only there one month. Caution to future expats that this place is a rip-off and you should look elsewhre to spend your rental funds. Shady, shady, and more shady. Wish I would have known.
