Tuvieron que regresar dos veces más porque pusieron mal la tapa y el asiento y en la segunda vez porque dejaron flojo el tubo flexible metálico de paso del agua. A 5 meses de esto el baño empezó a tener fuga de agua otra vez y parece ser que pudiera ser el tubo flexible metálico. Me comunico a la fontanería hoy, junio 4/21 y la señorita me aclara que sólo dan garantía de 15 días y dado que tenía mucho ruido su llamada me colgó. Yo vuelvo a marcar y ya no me contestan las siguientes dos llamadas. Entiendo que ellos no pueden garantizar los materiales pero si pueden atender correctamente la situación y hacer el trabajo bien a la primera. Mi percepción fue que si no es un trabajo grande no están interesados en revisar la situación.
In November 2020 they changed The toilet as it was broken. They had to return two more times because they put the lid and the seat wrong and the second time because they left the flexible metal tube for the water to flow loose. 5 months after this the bathroom began to leak water again and it seems that it could be the metal flexible tube. I contact the plumbing today, June 4/21 and the lady clarifies that they only give a 15-day guarantee and since it was very noisy, her call hung up on me. I dial again and the next two calls are no longer answered. I understand that they cannot guarantee the materials but they can handle the situation correctly and get the job done right the first time. My perception was that if it is not a big job they are not interested in reviewing the situation.
