★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no deberían poner en su descripcion que cotizan por telefono si no son minimamente atentos.
El señor que me contestó apenas le dije que llamaba para cotizar un servicio, me contestó de manera grosera, "¿qué quiere señor? Estoy muy ocupado" le respondí que era al fin y al cabo trabajo y al decirle mi problematica me contesto, hay talleres que lo pueden ayudar con eso (se trataba de la deteccion de una fuga de agua) pese a ello le pregunté si una vez detectado elnproblema ellos me podian hacer la reparacion a lo cual me contestó, ellos mismos lo reparan.
Cero interes en atender a un cliente y cero interes en ser atentos con el mismo.
No pierdan su tiempo, hagan sus cotizaciones en otros lados
Pity service, they should not put in their description that they quote by phone if they are not minimally attentive.
The man who answered me as soon as I told him that he was calling to quote a service, he replied rudely, "What do you want sir? I am very busy" I replied that it was after all work and when I told him my problem I answer, there is workshops that can help you with that (it was the detection of a water leak) despite this I asked if once the problem was detected they could make the repair to which he replied, they repair it themselves.
Zero interest in serving a customer and zero interest in being attentive to it.
Don't waste your time, make your quotes elsewhere
