I placed an order on your page and it did not arrive completely, besides that a shampoo arrived broken, they remitted what was missing from the order and oh surprise did not come back full. Today my messages do not respond. Good products, terrible service, bad experience.

Sus shampoos muy buenos también, no resecaron mi cabello, con un olor muy agradable y sensación de limpieza. Les doy 4 estrellas pq tienen un muy mal servicio de paquetería, tardó aprox un mes en llegar mi pedido, sin embargo estoy segura que volveré para probar sus otros productos.
Excellent products, I've heard bad things about deodorant but it's pretty good for me. Their shampoos are very good too, they did not dry out my hair, with a very pleasant smell and clean feeling. I give them 4 stars because they have a very bad parcel service, it took about a month for my order to arrive, however I am sure I will return to try their other products.
