Truly huge and varied so everyone can find something and the ability to try so many different things. Breakfast has multiple types of scrambled eggs or you can have them cooked to order. Hash browns remind me of Arby's potato cakes. If you want pancakes, french toast or waffles, get there early because they are pre-made not to order. This is also the station you need to go to if you want butter for your toast. Fresh fruit everyday. An array of different juices and smoothies. As they serve until 11:30, there are lunch items as well. For some reason they will not let you self-serve your coffee so you will need to bring it in with you or wait for a server to come to your table. LUNCH... I do not understand why people waited in line at the Wave fast food window at the pool when they could come inside for this wonderful buffet? DINNER... Mostly the same stations every night but always one or two featured new items at each station and one new themed station. Strongly suggest getting there right at 6:00 as with any buffet, the less time the food sits the better.

The overall aesthetic was pleasant, and Food Gallery was always a welcome relief from the warm weather when needed, with attentive staff and a wide selection of cuisines at each meal. Upon my arrival at the resort, this was the first place we went for food. Likely related to the timing of our arrival fairly late in the day, the food was equally too hot and too cold! Hot dishes sitting under distant heat lamps, barely lukewarm, and raw salmon sitting at room temp just begging for a mistake to lead to food poisoning. Fantastic service my whole stay, the food quality wasn't the greatest though. I would guess that this criticism for the head chef: The selection was wide, but much of it was made from scratch, just missing technique. Tough meats which, if cooked longer and lower temp would have been tender, etc. Less variety, but higher quality would be better. Similarly, since there is service at every table, why not menus and table service too? The presentation would be better, and the food quality would likely increase alongside.
