Just to fax my information, they had only 2 windows open, but 1 line working for 30 people wating. Not every one knows how to use computers most of them were old people in their walkers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that workers here do not have customer service skills. This place is for help not to give people attitude or be rude to the people who are in need. It may be college students like myself or it may be elderly people. It took me until the third try to be able to get positive attitude and help as we all deserve. People were on their personal phones when I arrived and did not assist me until more people came in.
