These people are angels! My daughter’s wheelchair was broken during a flight, she cannot walk at all, so you can imagine the distress! I contacted the WhatsApp number listed using Google translate as my Spanish is basic and a few hours later, they delivered a brand new wheelchair to our door and carried it inside for me, during the pouring rain. The communication was empathetic and professional from start to finish and I have so much gratitude for this company and the amazing staff for their help today.

WE ARE SO HAPPY WE CHOSE FOR HANDICAP TRAVELERS!! Very easy to book, very professional and they emailed us a detailed invoice that’s actually easy to read! They confirmed the reservation the day before we landed in Cancun and that made us feel very good! We got to Cancun, walked through customs and just outside the doors our driver had a sign with our name. Very easy to see! Little did we know but they had A BRAND NEW HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE VAN!!!! Woooooohooooo!!! It was AWESOME!!! I’ve been in so many handicap vans that are really old and safety is a big concern. But this company had a super awesome brand new Ford handicap van! I rode my scooter inside (which has room for two scooters or wheelchairs/powerchairs) and plenty of seating! Our driver Alberto used a Q-Straint locking strap system to anchor in my scooter and off we went! He told us about so many accessible tours, things to see that people with disabilities can do and attractions on the way to our hotel. He knows everything wheelchair accessibility! We got to our hotel Now Jade in Puerto Morelos (which is also very accessible and incredible) and he helped us unload our bags, what great service! When our vacation was over the same driver and van returned us to the airport and we couldn’t be happier! This was a true 5 STAR VIP HANDICAP VAN SERVICE!!! (Oh and it was less expensive than Cancun Accessible van service) For Handicap Travelers definitely made our vacation so awesome! We rode in STYLE!!! Thank you guys!!! We will see you again!!

We had a wonderful time and didn't have to worry at all about transportation. The staff was so nice, punctual and very accommodating. We will definitely be back to try out some of the tours! We had two wheelchairs and 2 pedestrians and had no trouble fitting in the van.

Highly recommend! The team delivers on time and the scooters work amazing! We got married in Cancun and these scooters we rented for the elder folks in our group were the highlight. The elder people had so much fun riding around in their scooters. They did a demo on how to use when they dropped them off! Highly recommend using this company!!’

I had a very nice experience with Handicap travelers. We rented 4 scooters at once and they were delivered promptly and in very good condition. The staff which we met during delivery and pickup were excellent, courteous, well spoken, professional, and speak very good English. We had a battery issues in two of our scooters and were attended to in no time. The company and its staff members do use the latest version communication tools to stay in touch with their clients from the moment you request a quote till pickup of scooters. I wish Cancun become a handicap friendly city for us to enjoy most of its touristic sites. Thank you all for the excellent work you did for us.
