THE WORST THING THERE IS IN AFTER-SALES SERVICE, THEY SELL YOU THE CAR AND THEN YOU HAVE TO BEG THEM TO ASSIST YOU IN THE SPARE PARTS AREA. IF NOT BY TASTE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THEM.

Me dio un servicio rápido y me mantuvo informado sobre el estatus. Ojalá haya mas asesores proactivos y orientados al cliente. Sugiero puedan mejorar los tiempos para dar autorización por parte de garantías ya que eso demoró la salida de mi auto.
The consultant Maritza is very professional, she is empathic with the client's need to have their vehicle ready in a timely manner. He gave me prompt service and kept me updated on the status. I wish there were more proactive and customer-oriented advisors. I suggest they can improve the times to give authorization by guarantees since that delayed the departure of my car.
