Debo de agregar que lo que hacía única esa agencia además de su tamaño, era que no existía una barrera física y podías entrar a ver los autos a cualquier hora ¡NUNCA ESTABA CERRADA!
As always, a very good car agency, although the truth is that the majesty of Ford Camsa on Av. Universidad 1005 is surprising.
I must add that what made this agency unique, apart from its size, was that there was no physical barrier and you could enter to see the cars at any time. IT WAS NEVER CLOSED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización: El documento faltante fue entregado, gracias a que una persona tuvo la buena voluntad de solucionarlo, sin embargo eso no quita la pésima actitud de la persona que refiero en la opinión, si bien la compra no había sido reciente la agencia tenía la obligación de dar los documentos completos y lo más extraño es que la persona que lo solucionó lo pudo hacer en un día, mientras que Maricarmen llevaba dos meses y con actitudes groseras, adicionalmente como les dije en redes sociales ahora nos han estado llamando para "reclamar" que solicite la solución del problema en redes sociales, entonces en lugar de estar tratando de voltear la situación en nuestra contra mejor revisen sus procesos de atención a Clientes y de su personal, es por eso que NO cambio mi opinión ya que no los puedo recomendar
Pésimo servicio de MARICARMEN CABALLERO!!! cuidado!! no entregan papeles completos y se deslindan por completo, llevamos meses llamando y no nos dan respuesta, son groseros , nos cuelgan el tel, no responde correo, su respuesta es "a ver cuando puedo hacerlo" y sólo queremos la primer factura de la unidad!! no queremos nada más sólo lo que nos corresponde
Update: The missing document was delivered, thanks to the fact that a person had the good will to solve it, however that does not take away the terrible attitude of the person I refer to in the opinion, although the purchase had not been recent, the agency had the obligation to give the complete documents and the strangest thing is that the person who solved it was able to do it in one day, while Maricarmen had been two months and with rude attitudes, additionally as I told you on social networks now they have been calling us to "complain" to request the solution of the problem in social networks, then instead of trying to turn the situation against us, better review your customer service processes and your staff, that is why I DO NOT change my opinion since I cannot recommend them
Terrible service from MARICARMEN CABALLERO !!! watch out!! They do not deliver complete papers and they completely disregard, we have been calling for months and they do not give us an answer, they are rude, they hang up the phone, they do not answer email, their response is "let's see when I can do it" and we only want the first invoice of the unit !! We don't want anything else, just what belongs to us
