★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No recibieron mi auto a servicio sólo porque tiene más de 10 años. Quiero seguir manteniendo mi auto en condiciones pero a los señores simplemente no les da la gana hacer su trabajo.
Terrible service. They didn't get my car for service just because it's over 10 years old. I want to keep my car in good condition but the gentlemen just don't feel like doing their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, solo cuando te venden son amables pero cuando tienen que hacerse cargo de sus garantías son los peores, lean los foros de sus carros antes de comprar algún coche, además de que de 3 empleados sólo uno es el que se puede rescatar en servicio de carros. Le echan la bolita a sus distribuidores por ellos no reparar las cosas. Te tienen esperando una semana respuesta para que no vayas a PROFECO, no compren ford, aparte de que no tienen ventas cuando estas con un problema te tratan mal.
Horrible, only when they sell you are they friendly but when they have to take care of your guarantees they are the worst, read the forums of their cars before buying a car, in addition to the fact that of 3 employees only one is the one that can be rescued in service of cars. They kick their dealers down for not repairing things. They have you waiting a week for an answer so that you don't go to PROFECO, they don't buy a Ford, apart from the fact that they don't have sales when you have a problem, they treat you badly.
