★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen en existencia casi ningún repuesto o pieza que uno requiere y su frase "de 10 a 15 días para que llegue",claro dejando por lo menos el 50 por ciento de anticipo. Uno tiene que patrocinar el área de refacciones. No me parece bien.
 They have almost no spare or part that one requires in stock and their phrase "10 to 15 days to arrive", of course leaving at least 50 percent advance. You have to sponsor the parts area. It doesn't seem right to me.

Bad service takes a long time to invent things of which if it served when you take it and leave it somewhere else it no longer works etc buuuuu I put less 2 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ford mina bueno, como ahora es otro personal y nueva gerencia la verdad san mucho que desear pero bueno son nuevos cambios y hay que adaptarse, no siempre será lo mismo, en atención muy bien pero en precios ya no es igual e incluso subieron y cobran lo que antes no un ejemplo las revisiones o escaneo peor bueno adelante con la nueva administración
Ford mine well, as now it is another staff and new management the truth is much to be desired but hey are new changes and we have to adapt, it will not always be the same, in service very well but in prices it is no longer the same and they even went up and charged what before not an example reviews or scan worse good ahead with the new administration
