I’m a tourist from Vancouver Canada visiting Merida Mexico. I’m 72 yrs old and in a very hot day I was trying to locate a destination on foot. I forgot my wallet at the hotel and had no money on me. I was using free wifi from Ford Dealership in Merida. Mr. Jose Efraim Sandoval Cruz from Ford Dealership in Merida noticed that I was trying to find my way to get back to my hotel but I had trouble finding directions on google map. Jose was amazing. He set me at ease, offered me a coffee and arrange transportation to take me to back to my hotel. Such men deserve highest of recognition. My next vehicle will be a Ford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to take my car for service there and it's excruciating. Just want to set up an appointment via WhatsApp and can't get a reply on what's due or what's involved in the maintenance services. For the price, I expect much better service. Last time we took the car in for $2000 oil change/tire rotation, they also found my 7 year old daughter's purse which I didn't notice she'd left in the back seat. When she got in the car after the service, all of the cash she'd saved from the tooth fairy had been removed from the wallet inside her very obvious child's purse. Seriously who takes money out of a pink flower kids purse!? There's no way to do anything, they made it clear they're not responsible for anything left in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic dealership that I have ever been to. First I brought my truck i to have the brakes repaired and waited around almost 9 hours only to have the Service Tech. tell me right at closing time that they didn't have the part and I would have to come back the next day, so I had to scramble to find a way back out of town. Next after a few months I start hearing issues with my brakes only to have my mechanic show me all the things that Ford didn't do and I was lucky that the brakes didn't seize. Companies like this are a sad representation of the overall company to which I will be sending an official letter of complaint to Ford's Head Office.
