★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot give you enough warning to stay away from this dealership and FORD in Mexico for that matter. Tried to call customer service for Ford Motors in Mexico City and there is no one who speaks English!! PLASENCIA'S customer service, their service manager, their level of knowledge is awful. They damaged the door on my car while in service and will not take responsibility. My car was towed in...there were photos of my car taken by the tow truck company showing I had no damage and the manager, Amaryllis Meza, simply did not care. My air conditioner broke twice since November and as of today, when I was promised an answer from the manager, Amarilis Meza, it is now 5:43PM and I have no idea what is happening with my car. I am so frustrated and there is nothing and no one I can talk to. With all the great car companies opening in Puerto Vallarta, save yourself a headache and buy something else...I hear good things about HONDA and TOYOTA and am having such regrets about buying a Ford and having to deal with this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been waffle about a review as I had nothing positive to say. They are a Ford Dealership. on 2 occasions I went to parts for specific things. Language barrier aside, both times I went away empty handed. For something which should have been on the shelf in parts would take 3 days out of GDL. The worst Part is they really do not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WILL JERK YOU AROUND AND DON'T BUY AN ECOSPORT
I purchased a 2015 Ecosport in February 2015, by July I started experiencing a sudden loss of power when stepping on the gas pedal, it feels like the car has to think about it before moving, a jerking vibration, this happens mostly when you are at a light and you start to take off, it doesn't happen once you gain speed.
I took it to ford and immediately was told that I was mashing the gas too hard, to be easy with it. I took it home and noticed that it didn't happen all the time, it was sporadic, then it happened again... and again. I took it back and they said it needed a software update, left it for 3 days... To make the story short the problem was never fixed, I took it to Ford about 5 times, a countless number of phone calls
and every time it was the same thing, they got tired of us complaining about the same thing, they made us feel like we were crazy and they never acknowledged the problem, we even had a big blow out with the manager because he refused to talk to us about the issue, he wanted us to just fill out a card to make the complaint.
In the end we decided to sell the Ecosport and avoid having to deal with a**holes.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WILL JERK YOU AROUND, DON'T BUY AN ECOSPORT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been a NIGHTMARE (PESADILLA) experience. They put a new battery in my car. Three months later I had to go back because the battery was failing, and they said they would replace it for free. Same thing happened with the second battery about 3 months later. I took it in and had to leave it overnight for them to run a big diagnostics test. I go back the next day, and they tell me there is nothing wrong with the battery or the car. Two days later I go to start my car in the morning and nothing. Dead as dead can be. I had to have a mechanic come and start the car. He tested the battery at his shop and it was below the acceptable standard for a good battery. He put in a new battery. I go back to Ford with the old battery. I wait for over an hour. Then they tell me to make an appointment so they can put the old battery back in the car and test it. So then I go back early the next morning, and they decide they’re not going to put the battery back in. They “test” it and say there’s nothing wrong. My other mechanic, who comes highly recommended by customers from here and abroad, tells me that they didn’t want to put the battery in because it would not test as good and that I had been scammed. I’m out $2300 pesos, plus many Uber rides for me and my son, plus the service charge for getting my car started and taking it in to the other place, to say nothing of hours and hours of my time. I had heard from a couple of friends who live here that I was making a big mistake by going to the Ford dealership. I wish I had taken that advice. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD CAR SERVICE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to do my car service and everything was ok, I told when I got there about the scratches and things that I thought were important for them to know so they could fix that was included in the mileage car service. Including an issue that I had when I bought the car but couldn't get in time for warranty. When they finished the service they called me and when I asked if they looked into fixing the issue the guy in charge of doing the car check list told me I did not mention the issue and so they didn't look into it. So he called me a liar even tho I had a witness and he admitted I said it but had to call the supervisor to use technical language not to fix it or look into it, even though was part of the 40K km car service. It's already an expensive car service but they basically told me they just check if the parts look ok. I also took the car in excellent conditions and they replaced my battery because after they tested it was almost falling apart! needless to say it was super expensive too. NEVER GOING BACK, bunch of incompetent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. Lots of paperwork. Very disorganized. I sent a detailed explanation of what was wrong and the service guy never had it. Yet I know a person in service had it because I gave it to her the day before. Third or fourth time I took the Escape I bought new there back for problems with a slipping transmission . After nine hours, couldn't find anything wrong. Today, same problem with the transmission. Dangerous because the vehicle jumps forward upon starting to accelerate from a stop. I'm afraid it's going to hit someone.
I offered to have them keep it and drive it for a few days however I think they just wanted to get rid of me. Part of the problem is that it is intermittent.
At a loss as what to do next. Car still on warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst dealership i have ever seen in my life.
3 weeks with my car, cannot provide a diagnostic to the problem. Dodging my calls. Won't return my car. Even if i physically go to the dealership they wont attend me.
Rafael Guzman was my service agent.
I cannot stress enough to NEVER deal with this business.
