★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues bueno, ex-personal de Ford Rispe Córdoba y Orizaba con acceso a las instalaciones y a los vehículos te muestra los carros como si fuera un vendedor autorizado, cuando no lo es. Fui estafado por este supuesto trabajador y la empresa nunca se hizo responsable, ni se portó comprensible ante lo sucedido solo me ignoraron.
Well, ex-Ford Rispe Córdoba and Orizaba staff with access to the facilities and the vehicles shows you the cars as if they were an authorized seller, when they are not. I was scammed by this supposed worker and the company was never responsible, nor was it understandable in the face of what happened, they just ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia en servicio. Revuelven dos tipos de aceite en el servicio. Luego aclaran que es porque no alcanzaron las garrafas pero el litro excedente lo cobran 3 veces más caro. Por eso la gente deja de enviar los autos a este tipo de agencias .
Bad service experience. They stir two types of oil in service. Then they clarify that it is because they did not reach the bottles but the excess liter is charged 3 times more expensive. That is why people stop sending cars to these types of agencies.

Very nice agency, excellent attention from the staff, especially in the sales area, they advise you in a very professional way and give you options to buy your Ford, ask for the Conauto option, you premiere on a scheduled basis!
