★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. El vendedor Iván Guzmán quedó de enviarme información del vehículo que me interesó comprar y nunca lo hizo. Intenté comunicarme con él y nunca respondió. Afortunadamente hay otras agencias que si saben tratar a los clientes.
Terrible attention. The seller Iván Guzmán agreed to send me information about the vehicle that I was interested in buying and never did. I tried to contact him and he never responded. Fortunately, there are other agencies that do know how to treat clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de atención. Sin duda el peor servicio que he recibido en una agencia. Me atendieron entre dos agentes. El primero nunca anotó lo que le pedí al dejar mi carro para diagnóstico y otras cotizaciones, y le pedí que lo anotara y no lo hizo. Olvidó lo que le dije y al ir a recoger mi auto no realizaron ninguna de mis cotizaciones. Las solicite y me las mandaron tres dias después, incompletas y poco claras. Fui a pedir aclaraciones y no pudieron darmelas porque no sabian quien reviso mi coche. Solicite por cuarta vez una cotizacion y me dijeron que no encontraban la pieza y no sabían como buscarla. En whatsapp me dejaron en visto durante 10 dias antes de decirme que no sabían como ayudarme. Recomiendo acudir a cualquier otra agencia menos esta.
Poor quality of care. Absolutely the worst service I have received in an agency. I attended between two agents. The first ever he scored so I asked to leave my car for diagnosis and other contributions, and asked him to write down and did not. He forgot what I said and going to pick up my car did not perform any of my quotes. The request and sent me three days later, incomplete and unclear. I went to ask for clarification and could not thank me because they knew who reviewed my car. Request a quote for the fourth time and they said they could not find the piece and did not know how to look. In whatsapp they left me in seen for 10 days before telling me they did not know how to help. I recommend going to any other agency under this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente llevo más de 10 días qué solicite una devolución de un apartado de un auto seminuevo. Via telefónica indican qué el seguimiento es con el Asesor, sin embargo el asesor no me da solución. Se comprometió a que quedaría el 03/Jun/22 y no quedó. Al llamar y preguntar a que hora quedaría me dijeron que eso es de contabilidad y que no tenian hora. Tuve que esperar y sigo sin respuesta a que me devuelvan mi dinero. ?
